The digital textbook was comprehensive and detailed, but it was logical and straightforward to read. The online test was comprehensive, but it was divided into segments so it wasn't overwhelming, and it's an open book test, so by working steadily through it, you can't fail. Then the practical session, which in my case went for 4 hours, was just great. It covered off all the major areas, added loads of real-life experience and tips, and was conducted by John who has a great sense of humour. 12 participants in the class and everyone had a fabulous morning, leaving with practised skills. Just first rate.

The trainer was well experienced in the subjects she was teaching and gave respectful warnings before any graphic videos were showed with a fair amount of time for people to leave if needed. The trainer also made sure to get the child sized fist aid mannequins to the students who paid for the child care CPR, as some people grabbed those unknowingly- which the trainer politely corrected. She managed the large group well, it was organised and she was keeping things clean with the fist aid mannequins by providing clean wipes and face masks for us to use.

Attended CPR course with Parker this morning in Ringwood. 10/10! Parker was not only highly qualified with his background but the session was hands-down one of the best training experiences I've had. Parker is extremely knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of both the theory and practical applications. I had the opportunity to attend First Aid training with Bhavna Mam today. The session was very well organized and delivered in an engaging and professional manner. I don't know how you rate the experienced teacher? But Parker, would be number one in Australia teaching CPR first aid. Engaged with everyone, got to know us all and brought all of us out of our shell. In doing so, we felt comfortable, more interactive and learnt more throughout this training.
