Grate course to do to stay up to date with changes and covers a lot. Staff member doing the practical was great and knowledgeable. All I can reccomend is if you can proof read your manual and update as there are lots of words running into one another without spaces and a few spelling/grammar mistakes.

The trainer was well experienced in the subjects she was teaching and gave respectful warnings before any graphic videos were showed with a fair amount of time for people to leave if needed. The trainer also made sure to get the child sized fist aid mannequins to the students who paid for the child care CPR, as some people grabbed those unknowingly- which the trainer politely corrected. She managed the large group well, it was organised and she was keeping things clean with the fist aid mannequins by providing clean wipes and face masks for us to use.
